Book Binder in Condominium Management Authority Vacancies 2026
Application are invited for the following job vacancies at the Condominium Management Authority (CMA).

Organization: Condominium Management Authority (CMA)
Ministry of Transport, Highways and Urban Development Filling vacancies for the post of Bookbinder (on contract basis) in the Co-Owned Management Authority. (Number of vacancies is 01)
Applications are invited from qualified candidates to fill the vacancies for a period of two (02) years under contract basis in relation to the post of Bookbinder in the Co-Owned Management Authority.
External Candidates
Must have obtained a National Vocational Qualification (NVQ) Certificate of Proficiency in Bookbinding at a level not less than Level Two (02) issued by a Technical/Vocational Training Institution recognized by the Tertiary and Vocational Education Commission.
Internal Applicant
- Employees in the Primary Non-Technical (PL-1) service category with five (05) years of experience in the relevant field and a proficiency level of not less than the National Vocational Qualification (NVQ) Level Two (02) as confirmed by a Trade Test in the trade of Bookbinding from a Technical College/Vocational Training Institute.
OR - Possession of a Certificate of Proficiency in Bookbinding issued by a Technical/Vocational Training Institute recognized by the Tertiary and Vocational Education Commission at a level not less than the National Vocational Qualification (NVQ) Level Two (02).
Salary Scale
- PL-2-6.42,300 – 10×490 – 10×540 10×590-12×630 = 66,060
Salary will be paid in a phased manner up to 2027.01.01 as per Schedule II of Management Services Circular No. 01/2025. - All allowances and living expenses as approved by the Government will be paid.
Should be not less than 18 years of age and not more than 45 years of age.
The maximum age limit is not applicable for internal applicants.
Every candidate
- should be a citizen of Sri Lanka.
- Should be physically and mentally fit to perform the duties assigned to the post and to serve in any part of the island.
- Should be of excellent character.
