Travel Assistant Internship Job Vacancies in Romania 2024
The Opportunity
The Travel Assistant will be part of the PMO team, and it is addressed to English-speaking students. The internship lasts 6 months, it begins in January 2024 and it is part-time (20 hours/week), with flexible schedule. Working arrangement is hybrid and the office is located near the Aurel Vlaicu metro station.
We are looking to extend the contract or offer a full-time position at the end of the internship, given that the interns’ results were satisfactory, and the students are available and willing to continue to grow and develop professionally with us.
Main Duties and Responsibilities
- Perform the day-to-day support to the project managers with travel arrangements, organizing of trainings and other events.
- Monitor and support travel arrangements for the associates travelling for transitions.
- Monitor and support on travel and expenses arrangements.
- Work closely together with the Project Management, HR and Facilities teams.

- To be actively pursuing a Bachelor or Master degree.
- Microsoft Office knowledge
- Good communication & collaboration skills
- Demonstrated high reliability and self-motivation
- Fluency in spoken and written English.
