Requirements:

Responsibilities:
- Main responsible for the office space (phisical and virtual space): maintenance, supplies, equipment;
- Searching for new providers, maintaining and developing good relationships with the current ones and being responsible for acquisitions;
- Recording office expenditure
- Assigning and monitoring administrative and secretarial responsibilities and ensuring that the filing systems are maintained and accurate;
- Support project managers in their work;
- Working close with our administrator
