Developers at Streamtime are not only responsible for working on the codebase, but also for contributing to and shaping our roadmap for the months and years to come. We have very open feedback loops where you will have the opportunity to make suggestions, propose solutions and collaborate on designs.
We’re always looking for better ways to work and new technologies that we can introduce to help make both ours and our customers’ lives better. A large part of that is driven by developers bringing in fresh ideas and solutions to the team.
You’ll have the drive and determination to take ownership of a problem and see it right through to the end, all the way from inception to release. Hopefully, you’ll also enjoy the endorphin rush that comes with a customer raving over how something you have released has changed their business for the better.
We work in fortnightly sprints and are fairly lean and agile in our methodologies, so the ability to thrive in that environment is a must. Being a smaller team, we work closely with all areas of the business to understand the problems our customers face.
