Your role as Clinic Coordinator will include the following responsibilities:

Overseeing clinic daily operations.
Liaising with healthcare professionals and patients about treatment plans.
Ensuring waiver forms, patient intake forms are completed.
Implement cleaning and sanitizing procedures in between use.
New patient orientation⁠.
Product and Service Sales⁠.
Client intake, providing best in client services, introducing healthcare providers as well as services to new patients.
Managing internal and external communications and answering queries.
Opening and closing clinic procedures.
Develop and curate engaging content for social media platforms.
Assist in the creation and editing of written, video, and photo content.
Monitor social media channels for industry trends.
Interact with users and respond to social media messages, inquiries, and comments.
Enjoy working with people but also feel comfortable working independently.

Requirements:

Available weekdays and weekends.
Well-developed interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills liaising with patients, healthcare as well as the public
Strong critical thinking skills and attention to detail
Effective time management and organizational skills
Adept at multitasking and prioritizing
Ability to work independently and within a team environment.
Knowledge of scheduling systems and general computer literacy required
Located in the GTA
Bachelor’s Degree
Fluent in English, other languages are a bonus
