Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role located in Cluj-Napoca for an Assistant Restaurant Manager at Hotel Sunny Hill. As an Assistant Restaurant Manager, you will be expected to supervise restaurant operations and staff and ensure that customers receive high-quality service. You will also manage inventory, ensure compliance with food safety regulations, and oversee the training and development of staff.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in a supervisory role in the restaurant industry
- Demonstrated leadership and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to handle customer complaints and resolve issues effectively
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and standards
- Experience with inventory management and controlling labor cost
- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management or relevant field is preferred
- Knowledge of foreign languages is a plus
- Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
