Open Competitive Examination for the Recruitment of the Post of Wildlife Conservation Officer in the Department of Wildlife Conservation, Grade III, Technical and Non-Technical Officer Category – 2024(2025)
Applications are invited from eligible Sri Lankan citizens for the recruitment of 114 vacancies of Grade III Wildlife Guard posts in the Department of Wildlife Conservation. (Male applicants only.) The application form is published on the website of the Department of Examinations of Sri Lanka www.doenets.lk under “Our Services” under Online Applications – Recruitment Exams/E.B. Exams and applications can be submitted online only. The online application process will open on 08th December 2025 at 09.00 AM and will close on 05th January 2026 at 09.00 PM. It is hereby announced that this examination will be held in March 2026.
The number of candidates to be selected and the date of effective appointment will be determined by the Appointing Authority. The Appointing Authority reserves the right not to fill any or all of the vacancies.
Officers currently serving in the State/Provincial Public Service should submit a copy of the application to the Head of the Institution for inclusion in their personal file and should produce a copy of the application certified by the Head of the Institution and a letter of confirmation of service when called for interview.
