Structured Interview for Recruitment on Open Basis to the Post of Health Service Assistant (Junior) Grade III under the Northern Provincial Department of Health – 2026
It is hereby announced that the Secretary to the Ministry of Health, Indigenous Medicine, Probation and Child Care Services, Northern Province, will conduct the Structured Interview for Recruitment to the Post of Health Service Assistant (Junior) Grade III on an Open Basis – 2026
In accordance with the instructions given by the Secretary to the Northern Provincial Public Service Commission vide letters No. NP/07/10/01/226 dated 2026.03.26 and the Deputy Chief Secretary (Personnel and Training) vide letters No. NP/17/Cad/01/62 dated 2026.03.30, the Secretary to the Ministry of Health, Indigenous Medicine, Probation and Child Care Services, Northern Province, will conduct the Structured Interview for Recruitment to the Post of Health Service Assistant (Junior) Grade III on an Open Basis in May 2026. The last date for receipt of applications is 2026.05.05.
01. Conditions of Service for Recruitment
The selected candidates will be appointed to the post of Health Service Assistant (Junior) Grade III under the Department of Health Services, Northern Province, effective from 2013.01.01, subject to the conditions mentioned in the Service Constitution, the provisions of the Establishments Code, the Financial Regulations and the Procedural Rules for the Northern Provincial Public Service published in the Extraordinary Gazette No. 1817/30 of the Democratic Socialist Republic of Sri Lanka dated 2013.07.03 and the rules, regulations etc. issued from time to time in relation to this post.
