Office Assistant
The selected applicant must supervise the daily service activities of the organization and ensure its efficiency and maintain customer service at the highest level, directly contributing to the continuous growth of the organization.
Responsibilities of this position
- Document and record management (filing documents, updating records, preparing letters, reports and forms, etc.)
- Delivery of documents to the head office and receipt of documents from the head office.
- Assist in daily office workflow (office supplies and inventory management, courier, postal and dispatch operations, etc.)
- Collecting outstanding payments.
Qualifications
- GCE Ordinary Level Pass.
- Previous experience as an office worker in a relevant field.
- Computer proficiency is an added advantage.
- Ability to maintain good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Possess a valid driver’s license.
- Applicant must be between the ages of 22-40.
