HOUSE KEEPING
Housekeeping Associates – Rooms, Public Area (Male/Female)
Key Responsibilities:
-
Assist the Executive Housekeeper in overseeing the daily operations of the housekeeping department.
-
Supervise housekeeping staff to ensure high standards of cleanliness and service in guest rooms and public areas.
-
Conduct regular inspections of guest rooms and public areas to ensure cleanliness standards are met.
-
Train and mentor housekeeping staff, providing guidance and support as needed.
-
Coordinate with other departments to ensure timely and efficient housekeeping services.
-
Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment, ensuring adequate stock levels.
-
Address guest requests and complaints promptly and professionally.
-
Assist in scheduling and managing housekeeping staff shifts.
-
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hotel policies.
Qualifications & Experience
-
Previous experience as an Assistant Housekeeper or in a similar role. preferably in the hospitality industry.

Strong leadership and supervisory skills.
-
Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities.
-
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
-
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
-
Proficiency in housekeeping management software is a plus. Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
KITCHEN – Chief Butcher
Key Responsibilities:
-
Prepare and cut meats according to the hotel’s standards.
-
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the meat preparation area.
-
Ensure all meat products are stored and handled safely.
-
Work closely with the culinary team to meet menu requirements.
Qualifications & Experience
-
Previous experience as an Assistant Housekeeper or in a similar role. preferably in the hospitality industry.

Strong leadership and supervisory skills.
-
Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities.

Good communication and interpersonal skills.
-
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Proficiency in housekeeping management software is a plus.

Chief Baker
Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage the bakery team to produce a variety of high-quality baked goods. including breads, pastries, cakes, and desserts.

Develop and refine recipes to ensure a consistent and exceptional standard of bakery products.

Monitor and maintain the quality and consistency of all baked goods produced.
-
Oversee inventory management, ordering supplies, and maintaining adequate stock levels.
-
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and maintain a clean and organized work environment.

Train and mentor bakery staff, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.

Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure seamless operations and exceptional guest experiences.

Stay updated with industry trends and incorporate new techniques and products into the bakery offerings.
Qualifications & Experience
