Senior Executive – Information Systems Audit
Key Responsibilities
- Assist the Head of Internal Audit & Risk (HIA&R) in developing and implementing the Information Systems Audit plan.
- Conduct periodic reviews of system controls and provide recommendations.
- Assist in drafting audit reports, working papers, and supporting documentation.
- Follow up on IS audit recommendations to ensure compliance.
- Support the enhancement of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Information Security Policies.
- Review controls related to information assets, security, and data backups.
- Conduct awareness sessions through presentations and workshops.
- Participate in IT system and module implementations to evaluate control effectiveness.
- Coordinate with external IT auditors and consultants during infrastructure reviews.
Requirements & Skills
- A Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Information Systems, or a related field, or full qualification in CISA.
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in Information Systems auditing within a reputable commercial or audit firm.
- Familiarity with ERP systems is an advantage.
- Strong knowledge of IT systems, technology, and industry best practices.
- Excellent analytical skills, stakeholder management, and communication abilities.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
