Eco Solutions Cluster is a global market leader in innovative eco-friendly retail & industrial Fibre based solutions. We seek an experienced, dynamic, self-motivated individual to join the team for the following position.

Senior Executive – Engineering – Ekala Plant

Job Responsibilities:

• Managing day to day manufacturing operations of all products efficiently and preparing an efficient maintenance schedule for all production operations
• Improving plant safety and good engineering practices to minimize hazards and accidents
• Report progress, challenges, and seek advice from senior engineer on complex technical issues.
• Auditing every process, equipment and monitoring compliance to applicable practices
• Resolving all maintenance issues & recommending improvements of the production lines
• Fair knowledge of Hydraulic/pneumatic and PLC controls
• Automation experience

Candidate Profile:

• Bsc in Engineering, National Diploma in Technology (NDT), NDES, HNDE or similar qualification in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
• At least 3 years’ experience in a manufacturing environment
• Proven experience as a Plant Engineer, or any other related role
• Strong problem-solving skills & should have excellent technical knowledge
• Good communication & presentation skills
• Preference will be given to those who are from Ekala/ Negombo/ Gampaha or around proximity
