ROLE PROFILE

Managing laboratory operations and ensuring compliance with ISO 17025 and other quality standards.
Monitoring product quality through microbiological and chemical testing of raw materials, semi- finished goods, and R&D samples.
Developing and optimizing laboratory procedures, techniques, and processes for enhanced efficiency.
Coordinating procurement and calibration of lab equipment and supplies.
Conducting external analyses to ensure regulatory compliance.
Preparing export-related documentation, including COAS and product descriptions.
Utilizing statistical and trend analysis to improve product quality and performance.
Ensuring adherence to ISO 22000:2018, ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001:2015, FSSC 22000, and BRCGS standards.

PERSONAL PROFILE

A BSc in Microbiology or a related degree with Microbiology as a major subject.
At least two years of industry experience in a Microbiologist role.
Proven ability to work effectively under pressure while maintaining high standards and meeting strict deadlines.
Proficiency in MS office.
