Security Quality Control Supervisor – SriLankan Catering Job Vacancies 2026

We are seeking a dynamic, enthusiastic, and self-motivated individual of high integrity to join our team as Security Quality Control Supervisor. The ideal candidate will possess strong professional qualifications, a solid work ethic, and exceptional communication skills. Reporting directly to the Security & Investigation Manager the successful candidate will be responsible to allow the Security & Investigation Department to align with ICAO and CAASL regulatory expectations, while enhancing the company’s internal governance, audit preparedness, and compliance integrity.

• Perform daily spot checks and compliance inspections in all restricted and secure areas.
• Monitor adherence to access control, vehicle checks, escorting, and security SOPs.
• Assist in preparing audit documentation, reports, and checklists.
• Follow up on corrective actions and escalate unresolved issues.
• Support investigations and compliance verifications on the ground.
• Guide operational staff on SOP adherence and security best practices.

Requirements

• 6 passes at G.C.E (O/L) including Math’s and English with 5 years’ experience in relevant field.
  OR
• Passed G.C.E (A/L) with a full or part professional qualification with 5 years’ experience in the relevant field.
• Supervisory experience in audit/compliance, in a security or aviation setting and familiarity with internal auditing, reporting systems, and regulatory frameworks would be advantageous.

The role requires excellent planning and organizational skills, supported by a methodical and detail-oriented approach to work. Candidates must have outstanding written and verbal communication abilities, and the capacity to thrive in a fast-paced environment, effectively managing multiple priorities with confidence and efficiency. Strong leadership capabilities, along with proven negotiation, problem-solving, and analytical skills will be advantageous.
