Officer – Logistics
The Job
- Generate accurate and timely invoices based on purchase orders, sales data and dispatched goods.
- Maintain up-to-date records of invoices and related documentation and generate regular invoicing reports for management and finance teams.
- Assist in monthly reconciliation of invoicing data with logistics dispatch reports.
- Respond to customer inquiries related to invoices, payments and discrepancies.
- Liaise with the logistics teams to confirm deliveries, shipment details and coordinate with the sales team to ensure a smooth invoicing process.
- Ensure all invoicing processes comply with internal policies and relevant tax regulations.
The Person
- Diploma in Business Administration/AL qualification in Science/Mathematics.
- Minimum 1 year experience in invoicing/accounting.
- Hands on experience in ERP system (SAP).
- Knowledge in MS Office package.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
