Customer Care Assistant
- The Customer Care Assistant is responsible for handling customer inquiries, processing orders,
Coordinating with warehouse staff and resolving promptly.
Requirement:
- Minimum 2 years experience in similar capacity.
- Preferable age limit between 18-25 years.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and presentation skills with outstanding convincing skills.
- Possess a sound English and Sinhala Knowledge with excellent PR skills.
- Target oriented and ability to work with minimum supervision.
- Flair for customer relations and communication.
