JUNIOR EXECUTIVE / EXECUTIVE – HUMAN RESOURCES
Location-Head Office
The selected candidate will be responsible for,
- Plan, design, and implement training and development programs aligned with business objectives
- Lead employee engagement initiatives to enhance productivity and retention
- Identify training needs and conduct competency assessments
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external training providers
- Monitor training effectiveness and prepare management reports
- Support HR strategies and change management initiatives
The ideal candidate should possess:
- Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Management, or a related field
- 1-2 years experience in Training & Development and/or Employee Engagement, preferably in the finance or service sector
- Strong facilitation, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple initiatives
- Proficiency in MS Office and HR systems
