- Quantity Surveyor
Job Responsibilities:
- Responsible For preparing the Bill of Quantities, Cost analysis in large scale projects
- Preparation of bill of materials (BOM)
- Preparation & evaluating of interim and final Payment Applications.
- Handling multiple task simultaneously and committed to meeting the deliverables in time to complete various assignments
- Ability to work long hours independently with minimum supervision
Qualifications:
- B.Sc.(QS) / IQSSL / HND / NCT QS or UGS Recognized Qualification.
- Should knowledge in MS office package.
- Sound knowledge in Auto-cad and Take-off.
- Knowledge in Plan-swift & cost-x would be an advantage.
- Strong written and verbal communication Skills in English.
Experience:
- More than 5 years’ experience in Building projects/ High-rise buildings/ Mix Development.
- Experience in Middle East projects would be a plus.
