Location – Dambulla
We are looking for dynamic individual with a passion to pursue a career in Garment Manufacturing.
The ideal candidate should be energetic, a team player with excellent communication, a proactive attitude,
The ability to be self-motivated and work independently to achieve tight deadlines.
Responsibility:
- 100% Achievement of QCO critical path hit rate in all styles.
- 100% achievement QCO Ladder 1st 5 days (CMSL business Standardized Learning Curves).
- QCO last 3 days Bucket lost control and maintain: (CMSL business Standardized Learning Curves =LC).
- 3 days before feeding – Style LC.
- Depend on balance of the quantity – If 50% or more plan the efficacy for balance quantity.
- If less than 50% plan the 1st day QCO learning curve Efficiency must achieve.
- Muliti skill A-Grade or B-Grade operators to fill the gap from KPI 1 operator per week in each line. (KPI operator Grading A-55%, B-30%, C-10%, D-5%) -(Jumper carder maintaining).
- Efficiency gaining upto Learning curve hours and Learning curve hours within 4 weeks.
- Maintain Or improve below Lost time 0.1% 4 weeks.
- Kanban & WIP management 6 hours from Line input, within line, AQL, Finishing.
- 65 maintain and improve more than 90%. (Weekly by OD Executive & Month by OD manager).
- Cut to ship Ratio 99.8%.
- Order Ship Ratio 100%.
- Machines inventory 100% (physical vs scanned vs inventory).
Under repair machines (quantity) keep 50% reduction in 4 weeks.
Qualification
- Minimum 5 years of working experience in the specific field.
- Communication skills in English.
- Computer literacy.
- Pro-active person to identity potential problems well in advance & Take necessary corrective/preventive action.
- Good arithmetic and statistical knowledge.
