PRODUCTION SUPERVISOR
We are looking for a dynamic and energetic individual to join our team at Hayleys Agriculture Holdings Limited – Crop Protection and Planting Materials Factory at Kottawa as “Production Supervisor”. The selected candidate will be required to fulfill the day-to-day operations in line with the company’s stipulated guidelines and policies in order to fulfill internal/external stakeholders’ requirements efficiently and effectively.
Job Responsibilities:
- Manage manpower allocation and supervise daily factory operations.
- Ensure adherence to safety protocols, proper use of PPE, and compliance with work procedures.
- Confirm material readiness, machine functionality, and process setup.
- Monitor packing accuracy, prevent cross-contamination, and maintain fire safety.
- Perform quality evaluations and address process shortcomings.
- Conduct routine production line inspections and maintain accurate documentation.
- Manage SAP system entries.
Candidate Profile:
- Diploma in Business Management or Production Technology or equivalent qualification from a recognized Institute.
- Minimum of one year experience in a relevant field will be a definite advantage.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Computer literacy and SAP system knowledge will be an added advantage.
- A team player with a career growth mindset.
