Principal – NTS

Requirements:

• A government-trained qualified nurse with a proven track record in nursing education. Designated as a Senior Tutor (Special Grade)
• Post Basic Diploma in Teaching and Supervision in Nursing is essential.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar leadership role within a nursing education institute.
• Previous experience as a Principal in a reputed institute will be an added advantage.
• Excellent interpersonal and counseling skills, with the ability to inspire and guide both students and staff.
