Responsibilities
- Cooperate with the General Manager and assist with the day-to-day work
- Overseeing everyday business operations
- Ensuring tasks are completed in a timely manner/delegating daily tasks
- Nurturing positive working relationships
- Address any issues in a timely fashion
- Maintaining a thorough understanding of the business and industry
- Finding efficiencies in the business process
- Supervising staff and team members
- Ensuring company standards, policies, and procedures are followed
- Controlling merchandise
Qualifications
- Professional qualification in Administration or similar
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in similar capacity
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- An ability to identify weaknesses and provide coaching where necessary
- Ability to work under pressure
- Strong problem-solving abilities
- Good observation skills
- Highly developed organizational skills
