NURSING ASSISTANT – HOME NURSING
JOB PROFILE
- Assist in coordinate patient care, educate patients and their families about various health conditions
- Assist in providing advice and emotional support to patients and their families
- Support to create a plan of care based on each patient needs and goals after assessment intervention and care
evaluation - Maintain Hospital Standards, Quality and Infection control in the process of patient care
CANDIDATE PROFILE
- With a 01 year certificate course in nursing supported with an approved theory and practical course structured
from a recognized institute - With more than 06 months experience as a Nursing Assistant in a reputed healthcare institute
- With excellent communication and interpersonal skills, kindhearted and dedicated to patient care
- Willingness to stay and provide full time care at patients’ homes.
