IT Assistant

Responsibilities
- Assist in performing hardware and software installations and managing IT inventory.
- Provide support in diagnosing and troubleshooting hardware and software issues.
- Troubleshoot various IT equipment such as desktop PCs, laptops, printers, IP cameras, IP phones, scanners, and other peripherals.
- Resolve networking (LAN/WAN) and internet connectivity problems.
Entry Requirements
- Hold a higher diploma or diploma in IT from a recognized university or institute.
- Have a minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience in a similar capacity.
- Possess the ability to work effectively with minimum supervision.
- Experience in Windows Server Active Directory environment.
- Familiarity with Linux and Centos.
- Proficiency in cloud technology.
- Age below 27 years.
- Experience in SAP will be considered an added advantage.
IT Intern
Candidates should have the skills and knowledge to assist in performing hardware and software installation and manage IT inventory, provide support in diagnosing hardware and software issues and troubleshooting activities, troubleshoot IT equipment such as desktop & laptop computers, printers, IP cameras, IP phones and scanners and other peripherals, troubleshooting Networking (LAN/WAN) and Internet connectivity problems
IT Intern
- Degree or higher diploma in IT from a recognized university or institute
- Ability to work with minimum supervision
- Knowledge in Windows Server & amp; Active Directory environment
- Basic network administration skills
- Knowledge in Cloud technology
