Manager Procurement (Indirect)

Position would be responsible for the initiation and implementation of sourcing strategies on indirect materials & services and effective management of procurement of indirect materials and services including research agencies, event management, POSM materials, Promotional items, technical spend

Improving the company profitability & product margins through cost effective sourcing of indirect materials & services.
Ensuring a better working capital cycle through maintaining payment term negotiations.
Assessing the market, current spending, supplier base and the cost structure on a continuous basis.
Developing and execute new sourcing strategies for NPI items.
Lead initiatives to achieve annual cost saving targets.

Who We Want

Degree in Supply Chain/ Business Management from a recognized university or Equivalent Professional qualification (CIMA, CIM. etc.)
Overall 5 years of work experience in the relevant field and 2-3 years of Managerial experience.
Sound knowledge on commercial and supply chain activities.
Excellent analytical skills.
Very good interpersonal and negotiating skills to build effective working relationships with supply partners
