The following position is created for a dynamic, result oriented, proactive individual with proven track records who wishes to join with our growing workforce.

OVERALL PURPOSE OF JOB

• To assist the Head of Credit to build a quality lending portfolio by evaluating the credit facilities submitted for approval by the branch network.
• Ensure credit disbursement are carried out adhering to regulatory requirements and internal credit controls.
• Assist in the recovery and the legal action of the customers assigned by the Head of Credit.
• Carry out Post Credit Monitoring of the facilities granted.

THE CANDIDATE PROFILE

• Minimum 03 years of experience out of which 01 year in executive or similar role.
• Full or part professional qualification in Banking from a recognized professional body.
• Degree or a professional qualification in Credit Management would be an added advantage.
• Strong analytical, investigation and interpersonal skills
• Attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy.
• Professionalism, dependability, integrity, trustworthiness and a collaborative mindset.
• Excellent communication & written skills (Tamil language proficiency will be an added advantage).
• Proficiency in MS office package (Excel proficiency will be an advantage)

Age Limit: Less than 35 years
Salary is negotiable according to skills and experience
