MANAGEMENT TRAINEE

The Colombo YMBA is seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Management Trainee in Hospitality at Seranity Rest, Kataragama. This is a unique opportunity to grow your career in the hospitality industry while working with a prestigious organization.

Responsibilities:

• Assist Manager in the daily operations of Seranity Rest to ensure smooth functioning.
• Coordinate with guests to provide exceptional customer service and address inquiries promptly.
• Monitor and maintain high standards of cleanliness, safety, and service excellence.
• Assist in budget management, inventory control, and reporting.

Qualification & Skills

• A bachelor’s degree. Degree in hospitality management or related field will be an additional qualification.
• Proficiency in MS Office applications.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Age: Below 30 years
