Management Executive

The Position:

We are looking for a career focused ambitious young person to take up a highly responsible position in the middle management of the company to handle certain confidential accounting and analytical functions of the business operations of the company. This important position of the company demands very good commitment, attention-to-detail and confidentiality from the selected candidate, whilst promising an accelerated career growth to senior positions in the management, within our group of companies.

He/he should possess excellent analytical and accounting skills along with the ability to combine different data, to compute production costs as well as analyzing costs of inputs. The position also requires searching and storing of informative data in an easy to access manner and to create detailed reports on relevant subjects, whenever necessary. It further requires to maintain all company information in strict confidentiality.

Qualifications and Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Commerce or Mathematics from a Sri Lankan University
Minimum 5 years working experience in a similar position of a manufacturing company
GCE A/L qualifications will be considered if the candidates have over 10 years’ experience working under a senior manager handling job functions described above
Excellent proficiency in MS-Excel
fair knowledge in ERP systems and other software packages used in the manufacturing sector
Extremely good in attention-to-detail
Strong analytical and rational thinking skills
Highest levels of honesty and confidentiality
Ability to work independently with a focus to meet deadlines
Working knowledge in English to handle the job requirements
Age between 30-40 years
