Store Assistant – LOLC Motors (Pvt) Ltd – Gothatuwa
LOLC Motors (Pvt) Ltd is looking for a Store Assistant to manage workshop stores operations and support Automotive Paint Mixing activities at our facility.
The Profile
- Assist in day-to-day stores operations (receiving, issuing, and stock control of spare parts, consumables, and paints).
- Operate and manage the paint mixing system and prepare paints as per job requirements.
- Maintain proper inventory records and ensure accurate stock levels.
- Coordinate with the body shop, painters, and service teams.
- Ensure proper storage, labelling, and handling of paints and hazardous materials.
- Maintain 5S and safety standards within the stores and paint mixing area.
- Support periodic stock counts and audits.
Personal and Skills Profile
- Minimum G.C.E. O/L qualification.
- Experience in stores/warehouse operations (automobile workshop experience will be an added advantage).
- Basic knowledge or willingness to learn automotive paint mixing.
- Ability to follow instructions accurately and work with color codes/formulations.
- Computer literacy (Excel/basic systems knowledge preferred).
- Good discipline, attention to detail, and teamwork skills.
