Intern – Research and Development – (Malwana – Factory)

we re seeking an enthusiastic R&D Intern (Male Candidate) to support and drive our food product development initiatives. Join our dynamic team and contribute to creating innovative, high-quality products while making a lasting impact on our commitment to excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Product Development Support
- Assist in the formulation, development, and testing of new or improved products.
- Conduct literature reviews, benchmarking, and market research on potential product opportunities.
- Support in developing prototypes and conducting lab and pilot scale trials.
- Participate in product evaluation, performance testing, and stability studies.
2. Process Optimization
- Assist in recording process parameters and trial outcomes.
- Collect and analyze data from experimental batches to identify trends and improvements.
- Support process standardization and scale-up trials in coordination with production and QA/QC teams.
3. Documentation and Reporting
- Maintain detailed records of all experiments, trials, and formulations.
- Prepare technical reports, trial summaries, and data sheets for internal review.
- Assist in preparing specification sheets and product dossiers for new developments.
4. Quality and Compliance
- Ensure all NPD activities are aligned with GMP, food safety, and sustainability requirements.
- Coordinate with QA and QC teams for product testing and evaluation
5. Cross functional collaboration
- Work closely with Quality, Production and Engineering teams during pilot scale or validation testing.
- Support the procurement or sourcing of new raw materials and ingredients required for development projects.
Qualifications & Experience:
Currently pursuing (Final year) or recently completed a bachelor’s degree:
- Food Science and Technology
- Chemistry/ Applied Chemistry
- Agricultural Science 0r
- any other related field in science or technology relevant to product and process development.
- Experience with botanical or natural product processing is an advantage.
