We are currently looking for a dynamic and result-oriented professional to fulfill the following position.
EXECUTIVE / ASSOCIATE MANAGER – TELE MARKETING
JOB FUNCTIONS
- Promote General Insurance Products to prospective and existing customers throughout-bound calls using client database, leads receive through digital channels.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable General Insurance products and coverage options
- Coordinate call backs, reminders for interested prospects, conduct timely follow ups and maximize the conversion and renewals rates
- Maintain required call volumes, talk time, conversion ratios and sales targets.
- Participate in coaching sessions, product training, performance reviews and continuously improve sales skills and product knowledge.
- Maintain accurate call logs, sales records, and submit daily sales and activity reports as required.
- Coordinate with operations teams for smooth policy servicing.
QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE
- G. C. E Advance level or equivalent qualification.
- Diploma or certificate in Sales, Marketing, Business Management, or Insurance (an added advantage).
- Minimum 1-2 years’ experience in Tele Sales, Call Centre Sales, or Customer Contact Centre operations (preferred).
- Experience in renewal sales, cross-selling, or upselling. Would be added advantages.
- Strong customer focused mind set with a performance-oriented approach.
- Self-Motivated and ability to work under pressure.
- Team player with a positive attitude and willingness to learn.
