Fuel Station Supervisor – Welipenna

We are looking for a result oriented self-motivated person to join our staff at the Litro fuel stations located in the Welipenna expressway service area for the above position.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise daily operations of the fuel station during assigned shifts.
• Ensure smooth fuel dispensing operations and maintain service efficiency.
• Manage and monitor station staff including station assistants.
• Handle cash collections, billing, and daily cash reconciliation of the station.
• Maintain accurate fuel stock records, sales reports, and shift reconciliations.
• Ensure strict compliance with safety, operational, and regulatory standards.
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve operational issues promptly.
• Coordinate with management regarding stock replenishment and operational requirements.
• Ensure cleanliness, discipline, and proper maintenance of station facilities.
• Support implementation of company policies and service standards.

Candidate Profile:

• G.C.E. Advanced Level or equivalent qualification.
• Diploma in Management / Business / Technical field will be an advantage.
• Minimum 2-3 years’ experience in fuel station operations, retail operations, logistics, or similar supervisory role.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Ability to work on a shift basis, including nights, weekends, and public holidays.
• Good communication and customer service skills.
• Basic knowledge of reporting, stock control, and cash management.
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast paced operational environment.
• Age below 45 years.
