THE JOB

• Develop and deliver engaging lectures and practical workshops on fashion and design subjects.
• Assess and evaluate student performance through assignments, projects, and examinations.
• Provide constructive feedback and support to students to enhance their learning experience.
• Collaborate with School of Fashion and design to revise curriculum to ensure it meets industry standards and educational best practices.
• Advise and mentor students on academic and career-related matters.
• Stay updated with the latest trends, techniques, and developments in the fashion and design industry.
• Engage in continuous professional development through workshops, courses, and industry networking.

THE PERSON

• Degree in Fashion Design, Textile Design, Fashion and Lifestyle Design or a related field from an accredited institution.
• A minimum of one year of teaching experience in higher education.
• Industry experience in fashion design or related fields is highly desirable.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to inspire and motivate students.
• Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues and industry partners.
