JUNIOR EXECUTIVE CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES & ACCOUNTABILITIES OF THE POSITION

  • Responsible and accountable for prompt communication and ensure timely response to all internal and external queries.
  • Assist and ensure smooth functioning of online payment system operations and adjustment processes.
  • Follow escalation procedures to resolve disputes.
  • Assist maintaining service levels in line with the guidelines specified to deliver superior customer service.
  • Identify product issues or problems and escalate to relevant external/internal parties.
  • Real-time monitoring of all online payment systems.
  • 24X7 roster based real-time call and system monitoring
  • Ensure all inbound/outbound calls are tracked and recorded in the call tracking system.

QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE AND PERSONAL ATTRIBUTES

  • Diploma in IT or Business Management or a similar qualification from a recognized institute.
  • One year of work experience in a similar role.
  • Fair knowledge of MS Office and office automation equipment, etc.
  • A team player with good interpersonal skills.
  • Should be conversant in Sinhala/English languages with the ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing.
  • Ability to communicate in Tamil would be an added advantage.
  • Telephone etiquettes and time management skills
