JUNIOR EXECUTIVE CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES & ACCOUNTABILITIES OF THE POSITION
- Responsible and accountable for prompt communication and ensure timely response to all internal and external queries.
- Assist and ensure smooth functioning of online payment system operations and adjustment processes.
- Follow escalation procedures to resolve disputes.
- Assist maintaining service levels in line with the guidelines specified to deliver superior customer service.
- Identify product issues or problems and escalate to relevant external/internal parties.
- Real-time monitoring of all online payment systems.
- 24X7 roster based real-time call and system monitoring
- Ensure all inbound/outbound calls are tracked and recorded in the call tracking system.
QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE AND PERSONAL ATTRIBUTES
- Diploma in IT or Business Management or a similar qualification from a recognized institute.
- One year of work experience in a similar role.
- Fair knowledge of MS Office and office automation equipment, etc.
- A team player with good interpersonal skills.
- Should be conversant in Sinhala/English languages with the ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing.
- Ability to communicate in Tamil would be an added advantage.
- Telephone etiquettes and time management skills
