HR INTERNS / JUNIOR EXECUTIVES – HUMAN RESOURCES
Key Responsibilities – HR Interns
- Under graduate in Human Resource Management in recognize university or Equivalent Qualification.
- Proficiency in MSOffice package would be an added advantage.
- Excellent verbal & written communication skills in Sinhala & English Age below 25.
Key Responsibilities – Junior Executive – Human Resources
- Maintain and update personal files of employees.
- Assist in the preparation of monthly mobile bills.
- Provide support in payroll processing.
- Oversee and manage the end-to-end employee onboarding process.
- Assist with other administrative tasks assigned by the Management.
Candidate Profile:
- Degree or professional qualification in Human Resource Management or Business Management.
- Minimum of 2 year of work experience in a similar capacity.
- Excellent communication skills in both English and Sinhala.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information.
- A team player with a positive attitude.
