Junior Executive – Recovery – Data Analytics & MIS

Singer Finance (Lanka) PLC, a subsidiary of Singer (Sri Lanka) PLC, incorporated on 19th April 2004 is licensed by the Monetary Board of the Central Bank of Sri Lanka under the Finance Business Act No. 42 of 2011.
We seek a dynamic, result oriented individual to be recruited as Junior Executive – Recovery – Data Analytics & MIS

Job Profile

• Prepare and submit management reports to the Board and the Executive committees.
• Evaluate and submit proposals for non-performing loan (NPL) control and impairment control.
• Lead various projects aimed at improving field staff performance and identifying training requirements.
• Coordinate with the IT team to handle all IT issues and developments.
• Prepare write-off and waive-off papers as per the requirements.

Candidate Profile

• A minimum of 3 years of experience, preferably in the finance industry.
• Strong attention to detail, fair analyzing and mathematical skills.
• Excellent computer literacy specifically pertaining to MS Excel and PowerPoint.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
• A Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Business Administration, Finance or a related field would be an added advantage.
• Ability to prioritize workloads and work under pressure to meet deadlines.
