IT Operations Assistant

The position holder will be expected to ensure reliable, secure and efficient operation of network infrastructure to meet the organization’s business objectives and technology requirements.
Job Profile
- Support the implementation of the IT infrastructure of the New locations and relocations..
- Provide application support for Singer showroom under preview.
- Carryout periodic performance evaluations of the locations.
- Provide first level technical support on Software, Hardware, Communication Link & OS Issues.
- Conduct user training for applications users.
Personal Profile
- A minimum of 01 year experience in similar capacity.
- Posses a Diploma, HND or Degree in Information Technology.
- Undergraduates will also be considered.
- Knowledge in sever hardware and virtualization technologies.
- Proficient in verbal and written communication in English.
- Ability to speak in Tamil will be an added advantage
