CUSTOMER SERVICE INTERNSHIP
Sri Lanka Telecom offers a fantastic opportunity for motivated individuals who finished their A/L to join as interns to kickstart their careers. As an intern, you will gain hands-on experience, receive on-the-job training at SLT customer service centers and develop essential skills to thrive in a dynamic and innovative work environment. Eligibility Criteria for Applicants
- Six passes at the G.C.E. (O/L) exam including Sinhala/Tamil, English Language and Mathematics with 03 credit passes in one sitting.
- Having good results in GCE/AL and expecting University entrance will be an additional advantage.
Internship Program
- Internship Duration: The program spans 08 months, with work assignment at customer service center conducted maximum 6 days per week.
- Internship Allowance: An allowance of LKR 1,250 per day will be provided during the in-plant internship period.
- Certification: Upon successful completion of internship participants will receive an Internship Completion Letter.
