- Senior Interior Designer
Researching and helping in the development of interior concepts based on showrooms, desires, and architectural concepts. Suggest new trendy designs to upgrade the interior of existing showrooms and head office as and when necessary.
- Assisting with the preparation of working drawings, floor finish plans, elevations, and interior detailing.
- Assist with the selection of materials.
- Ensuring that the work is completed on time and on budget.
Candidate Profile
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Interior Design.
- Minimum 5 years of work experience in Interior Design.
- Experience in retail store designs will be an added advantage.
- Proficient in AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3ds Max, and Lumion is highly preferred.
- Knowledge of industry standards and application of building codes.
- Competency in interior design specifications.
- Passion for design.
