Key purpose of the Job

As the Intern – Human Resources, you will be reporting to the Manager – Human Resources of the Business Unit. You will be required to facilitate and function the HR Operations, employee engagement and employee relation activities for the Business unit.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Assist in the talent acquisition process.
2. Conduct employee onboarding and offboarding activities.
3. Participate in and help facilitate company events.
4. Review and distribute employee documents in the required formats.
5. Assist in completing Human Resources-related documents and activities.
6. Generate reports and information as requested by management.
