- Human Resources Intern
Job Responsibilities:
- Work collaboratively with the HRBP to implement HR programs and initiatives, such as employee engagement activities, performance management, and learning and development initiatives.
- Respond to day-to-day HR queries and provide guidance to employees on HR policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with legal requirements.
- Assist in the preparation of HR reports and dashboards, including headcount reports, turnover reports, and employee satisfaction surveys, while maintaining the confidentiality of sensitive HR information.
- Coordinate the organization of training and development programs, ensuring effective communication with all relevant stakeholders.
- Organize employee events and engagement activities, such as team-building events, employee recognition programs, and corporate social responsibility (CSR) initiatives.
- Participate in HR projects and initiatives, such as diversity and inclusion, employee engagement, and performance management, contributing actively to the success of these programs.
Candidate Requirements:
- Should possess a Degree in Human Resources / Business Management from a recognized university.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Conversant with the MS Office package.
- Knowledge of the basic principles and practices of HR will be an added advantage.
