JOB DESCRIPTION
- Coordinate a high volume of candidate interview requests efficiently
- Ensure accurate candidate tracking by meticulously updating databases
- Deliver comprehensive feedback to candidates regarding their recruitment journey
- Provide administrative support for various recruitment endeavors
- Facilitate a smooth onboarding process for new hires
- Assist in planning and organizing HR-led events
QUALIFICATIONS
- Completed or pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field
DESIRED SKILLS
- Excellent communication skills and interpersonal skills and the ability to work in a team
- A high level of integrity considering that HR personnel are entrusted with confidential and sensitive information and tasks
- A strong independent worker with excellent time management skills
LANGUAGE SKILLS
- Fluency in English – strong written and verbal skills
DURATION & REMUNERATION
- This is a three-month, full-time internship; you will receive an allowance in line with industry standards
