Manager- Human Resources Development
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute advanced learning and development frameworks to align with organizational goals.
- Champion leadership development programs to build a robust pipeline of future leaders.
- Oversee the design, delivery, and evaluation of impactful training plan and it’s implementations across all levels.
- Collaborate with senior leadership to identify strategic training needs and provide solutions.
- Foster a culture of continuous learning and innovation within the organization.
- Manage the L&D budget effectively and ensure the best use of resources.
- Manage the KPI process of the company.
Qualifications:
- Hands-on experience in Succession Planning, Competency Mapping, and Conducting Employee Satisfaction Surveys.
- Holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Management, or a related field (a Master’s degree preferred).
- Over 08 years of experience in learning and development, with at least 03 years in a managerial role.
- Expertise in strategic talent management, leadership development, and organizational learning.
- Strong ability to influence and collaborate with senior stakeholders.
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and analytical skills.
