We are currently seeking a dynamic and energetic young individual who aspires to build a career in Human Resources Management to join us immediately for an internship at our processing center in Welisara.
INTERN – HUMAN RESOURCES MANAGERMENT
SCOPE
Our internship programme has been designed for a period of six months, and it provides an opportunity to gain knowledge and exposure to the full spectrum of activities in Human Resource Management in a manufacturing environment. The selected candidate will receive the guidance and support to be trained in a real-time work setting.
APPLICANT PROFILE
- A degree or a diploma or a certificate course in Human Resources Management from a reputed academic or professional institute.
- Any degree holder who has already chosen the career path in the relevant field can apply.
- An excellent command of communication in both Sinhala and English languages.
- Sound knowledge of Microsoft Office packages.
- Pleasant personality with a willingness to learn, methodical and organized.
- Possessing previous experience as an Intern – Human Resources Management will be a definite advantage.
- Residing in close proximity to Welisara/Ragama
