Executive – Human Resource Services – (Location: Dankotuwa)
We are looking for a proactive and service-oriented Executive – Human Resources Services to join our team and support the effective delivery of employee welfare and services, ensuring a positive workplace experience and smooth daily operations. The role further entails the below tasks,
- Responsible for coordinating administration & services related activities.
- Closely collaborate and maintain relationships with the suppliers, internal stakeholders and service personnel.
- Accurate and timely supplier and stakeholder monthly payment handling.
- Managing and planning transportation facility, fleet vehicle and driver arrangements in relation to employees.
- Coordinate office activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance to company policies.
- Motivate, supervise and drive administrative staff to achieve overall department KPIs.
- Prepare reports and presentations on HR / ADMIN related metrics to analyze and look at any trends to focus on gaining efficiencies.
- Respond to employees’ queries and requests in relation to admin requirements efficiently.
Who We Want
- PQHRM/ Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in related field.
- A minimum of 2-3 years of exposure to handling administration related matters.
- Excellent MS Office suite, HRIS system/ Power BІ knowledge and experience will be a definite advantage.
- Effective stakeholder management skills.
- Excellent organizational and leadership skills.
- Excellent verbal communication and written skills in English.
