Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a HOTEL OPERATIONS MANAGER located in Kandy. The HOTEL OPERATIONS MANAGER will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations and ensuring guest satisfaction. This includes managing staff, resolving customer issues, coordinating and overseeing training of staff, and monitoring hotel operations / sales to ensure quality and efficiency.

Qualifications

HOTEL / HOSPITALITY OPERATIONS MANAGEMENT, Marketing, Finance / Budgeting skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to problem-solve and make decisions under pressure
Experience in training and supervising staff
Strong customer satisfaction record
Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management or related field is preferred
Experience in the hospitality industry is a must
Strong sales and negotiation skills, with ability to close deals
Excellent customer service skills and ability to build relationships
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Effective communication and presentation skills
Time management and organizational skills
Experience in SALES MANAGEMENT and TEAM LEADERSHIP
Proficient in MS Office and Sales Management software
Fluency in English
