SENIOR IT EXECUTIVE
- Hands-on experience in managing UPS, CCTV, NAVŔ, IPTV, IP PBX (Alcatel), Aruba WiFi, PA system, and Electronic Door lock system (Keycard).
- Proficient in working with bio-metrics devices (Fingerprints), Active Directory, DHCP, File Server, PMS, SAGE and email Server management.
- Expertise in IP Address Firewall, VPN Client, VPN User, HPE Switch, VLAN, WAN/LAN, ensuring smooth network operations
- Troubleshooting desktop and laptop hardware and software.
- Experience on installing and upgrades of software and hardware for desktop and laptop systems

- Excellent Communication skills with professional manner.
- Strong attention to detail and organizing skills.
- Excellent customer service skills and interpersonal skills.
- Minimum 01 year experience in hotel reservations.
