STAFF NURSE-MODARA
JOB PROFILE
- Assess patients upon arrival, record vital signs and prioritize care based on urgency
- Perform wound dressing, administer medications and ensure proper follow up care
- With the consultation of a Medical Officer, provide guidance on medication use, post procedure care, lifestyle changes and preventive health measures
- Maintain accurate patient records, coordinate with the hospital and ensuring smooth patient flow
- Adhere to hygiene protocols, sterilize equipment and ensure a safe and clean environment for patients and staff
CANDIDATE PROFILE
- 03 year Nursing Diploma or Degree supported with an approved theory and practical course structured from a recognized institute
- More than 2-3 years experience as a staff nurse in a reputed healthcare institute
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, kindhearted and dedicated to patient care
- Ability to speak Tamil language would be an added advantage
