INTERN-HUMAN RESOURCES (THALAWATHUGODA)
JOB PROFILE
- Assist in the learning and development process
- Maintain accurate records of training and induction activities
- Support the preparation and coordination of new hire orientations and onboarding sessions
- Collaborate with the HR team to develop and maintain the company’s employer branding strategy
- Organize and coordinate employee engagement activities
CANDIDATE PROFILE
- An undergraduate currently pursuing a Degree/ Diploma in Human Resource Management from a recognized university or institute
- A dynamic individual with strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build positive relationships across all
levels of the organization - Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) is essential
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Willingness and flexibility to travel to other Hemas hospital locations as and when necessary
