Operations Assistant (Night Shift) – Colombo
Job Responsibilities
- Greet clients and visitors with a positive, helpful attitude.
- Assisting clients in finding their way around the office.
- Helping maintain workplace security by issuing, checking, and collecting badges as necessary and maintaining visitor logs.
- Answering phones in a professional manner, and routing calls as necessary.
- Operate standard office equipment on a regular basis.
Candidate Profile
- 6 Credit’ passes at the GCE O/L examination including Mathematics and English.
- Computer literacy with knowledge of MS office packages.
- Prior experience in a courier company or last mile delivery will be an added advantage.
